Residential $0-down lease programs
Where we reference $0-down options, these are solar leases: the homeowner leases the system and pays for the power it produces under a long-term agreement (commonly about 25 years), with no upfront payment. The annual payment escalator varies by plan — from a fixed 0% up to approximately 2.99%. All terms (payment, escalator, term length, and end-of-term options) are set out in a Florida solar lease disclosure the homeowner receives and reviews before signing. The lease is tied to the property and transfers to a qualified buyer if the home is sold. Enrollment is subject to eligibility and credit approval; savings depend on the home, usage, and utility, and are not guaranteed.
Licensing
Solar installations, where applicable, are performed by licensed contractors including SunVena Solar (EC13009447) or EPC Solar (EC13012230).
Battery backup
Battery backup duration is finite and depends on capacity, load, weather, and configuration. No battery powers a home indefinitely, and no system provides unlimited off-grid operation.
